Just opened a new account there today. The inside is lovely with a gas fireplace in the waiting area. Smiling faces greet you when you walk in the door. And the best part? No tellers! No lining up like cattle and having your personal business out in the open where anyone can hear.The gentleman who helped us was fabulous. Friendly, fast and knowledgeable. All in all, a great experience with him.Just got really tired of being treated like an account rather than a person at the big bank I deal with. After my experience today and the products they have to offer, I will be moving all my business to them. Imagine knowing that you are a member of your bank and helping your local community as well as sharing in the profits, instead of profits off your money going to shareholders.Really looking forward to this business relationship ☺

Have been a member since 1956 with no complaints until somebody decided to make major changes which provides less timely informatione.g. Monthly statement starts and ends different dates and also shows 8 or 9 pages of accounts with same info. as the last statement (waste of time and paper) requires 3 employees to make a depositSeems to me it is an expensive step backwards to loyal membersMost long term members are not impressed with the NEW system
