Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy today. The front desk staff were courteous and the nurses were wonderful. Thank you Dr. Siddique for a pain free procedure.Jean Quigley

Even though they are open 12 to 2 pm, there was none on 17 sep, 2022.Seems to be a bad place, unreliable and not trustworthy.

The nurse handed me documents with another patients name on it. I pointed it out to her and she downplayed it. When I reached the procedure room the doctor asked me about my age and said he had my age as 67 year old female. Again they mixed up the paperwork. At this time I told them to immediately stop and make sure that I am getting the correct procedure and told me to lie down. Never going back there again.

I wish I could remember the nurses names who took care of me this morning. They were amazing. However the clinic itself made me feel like I was in a factory line. Noisy, busy, too many people and in waiting room. I felt terrible for the nurses … the pressure I can’t even imagine!

Its my first visit for colonoscopy i was scheduled for 11:30 i been waiting for more than hour and half its so horrible and no one to say anything.

Great team! From reception right on through so grateful to have gone through this with this fantastic group of caring and loving people. I was so afraid but so made to feel like I was safe and cared for so appreciate them all. A special thank you to Dr. Siger so grateful to have had you on my side I could not have even imagined a more caring person and so thankful I was blessed to have gotten you and your team. Went to the one on Nebo Rd in Hamilton. Worst medical experience I have ever had. Poor interactions with me and other patients. No privacy. Dirty. Not one person is wearing a mask. The main nurse educated" us about how vaccines and masks don't work and admitted she was fired for not being vaccinated in Toronto. When I got my IV aseptic technique was not followed and I will be surprised if I don't get a site infection. Then they prescribed me a medication I am already taking and not working

Iam grateful for the professional and kind assistance of the nice nurses and Doctors, especially Dr. Jason Wong who is very pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and understandings and provided useful advice about our health.

I had a procedure done by Dr. Siger. First off starting with the receptionist, she was so friendly and helpful. Then the nurse Meera was also so friendly and caring, I was stressing out and she tried her best to calm me down. Then the team during the procedure this was a nurse, he was super funny and friendly, and Dr. Siger who was kind, professional and very composed and also the doctor who sets you up for the procedure.Overall the entire team here is friendly, professional and I was happy with my experience with them.

Very behind schedule in Hamilton. Appointment was at 11:00, arrived 20 min early to complete forms. *At no time were we told there would be a wait*. Was not admitted to a change room till 1:10, then sat and waited in a robe for over 1/2 hour.This after enquiring at the outset about the length of the procedure and was told max 1 hour even after waiting in recovery. Not a good experience for someone with T1D to be regulating blood sugar. Began discharge process at 2:00, so really a 3 hour deal rather than 1 hour, which would have been nice to know.The receptionist was laughing much of the time on a private call which was a bit strange while at work.
