Best Mcdonalds in BC! APRIL 11 2023 The 3:30 -5 staff were Happy, courteous, great team! from behind the counter toTHE GENTLEMAN cleaning the lobby! The services and food was superb! I have travelled all over BC and I can honestly say all the other Mcdonalds could definitelyLearn from this one. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE MANAGEMENT ITS OBVIOUS YOU HAVE GREAT supervisory skills and treat your employees well ! It shows in the atmoshere that your staff creates.! You should be proud of your staff!!

Not sure what happened to your coffee tonight, but it was honestly worst we've ever had. I ordered an ice coffee, and all I could taste was the syrup, so thought you had accidentally added too much syrup. Until husband tasted his coffee and advised it was revolting. I tried it, it tasted like dishwater! Such a shame, your coffee is usually so good! We were on a road trip and it was late at night, so did not have the opportunity to return to the store for a replacement.

Haven't been out all winter. First morning, was so looking forward to breakfast and coffee. Went through the drive through. When asked , we were assured everything was in the bag." NO SWEETNER & NO CREAM. !!!DISAPPOINTING!!"

The food was ok but wow dirty restraunt. If you can't clean it, shut down. The staff were struggling. We ended up taking our order and leaving.

If I’m not mistaking, this is the only possible location in Merritt? It’s not an overly spacious location so it gets super busy especially for those dining in. It’s great if this is what you want and you’re passing through Merritt on a road trip though

Great breakfast wraps. I think I offended the staff by asking how long they might take though. Which is weird I was just gonna step out to call my wife. They took like a minute which is great but had they taken longer I would have understood I just wanted a time that’s all. Like I was just asking lol. Great place still love y’all!!!

Needed a quick lunch today and had the spicy chicken nuggets. Good flavour, but the batter was a little crisp - not sure if that's be design, or over-cooked. I'd try them again though.Service was quick and friendly.

the line up for food was VERY long inside, drive thru, and people waiting in their cars in the parking lot. And, for some reason, I got my hot chocolate in front of the 5 people (inside) who ordered before meStaff didn't look too professional
