Our AC decided to quit at the peak of the heat wave which was extremely unpleasant. We called Baumann's on Tuesday June 29th and they said they would get a tech out ASAP as there was a back log of calls, which we totally understood. However on the morning of Wednesday June 30 we received a call telling us that the tech was on his way! Ten minutes later he showed up and discovered a fuse was not working in the AC unit. The tech went back to the shop to see if he had one, but unfortunately they did not. He was able to fix our AC temporarily until the new part arrived! We were so thankful for their prompt service, excellent customer service and ability to create a temporary fix! We highly recommend Baumann's for all your AC needs!!!

I phoned them this morning after they had an amazing plumber show up on Friday to take a look at my water heater. When I called today to ask if it was safe to light the pilot flame again so we could have hot water to shower and do dishes I was told they cannot tell me if it is safe and to call the landlord. My landlord is not a plumber nor is he a plumbing company.Thankfully another plumbing company asked me one question and was able to let me know it is safe for me to light the flame again so we can shower. For reference the question was, how old is the water tank? He then informed me that it is not so old there is a gas shut off valve so gas wasn't still pumping into the cylinder.Absolutely awful service from the office staff (Lori) and she was rude to boot.

Excellent service, with some issues overnight they were here first thing in the morning. The error code allowed them to bring parts required and get our furnace going on the spot. Very professional, friendly, fast and reasonably priced service. We had Jory this time and highly recommend

Made a mess . Unprofessional left tools all over the hallway. Been working on the heat for 2 weeks and still a disaster. Run very fast don't look back

This is our fourth time receiving excellent service from Baumann's. They have come out promptly to our acreage to service issues with sump, well and septic systems. All of the repairs have been effective, and in several instances, creative as well. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and always willing to explain the underlying issues and provide excellent advice. On their most recent call, I was working out of province while my wife was recovering from a minor surgery on her hand. Morgan fixed the septic issue quickly and completely and while he followed up with instructions, his apprentice/assistant Nolan shoveled the walk which my wife had been unable to do. Amazing service always but this time just above and beyond! Thanks also to Joel and Barry for their expertise in consulting with these and other issues.Great business!

I had got an estimate for an entire HVAC system from Baumann's back in October of 2021 and agreed to the terms. I had 3 other estimates from other companies and they beat all other pricing.My present system while still working fine, was 28 years old so this was simply being proactive on my part and I explained that I was in no rush for installation at this point.The A/C unit was on backorder as a result of supply chain issues and was finally available early in the new year of 2022. Again I reiterated that there was no panic to replace the system and they could do it at their convenience as long as my existing system was still in working order.The dog days of August began and sure enough my existing system went down. I called Baumann's late afternoon on Tuesday and they asked if they could be there first thing Wednesday morning which I obviously agreed to. By Wednesday afternoon my new system was up and running and by Thursday noon EVERYTHING was replaced and finished. The techs, Tony and Lane, were top notch and cleaned up after themselves perfectly.Baumann's also honored the quoted price from 10 months ago to the penny.I couldn't be more pleased with Baumann's and will be a customer for life.I highly recommend this company for both their integrity and their excellent level of service.

Was looking for a New Carrier Infinity Thermostat to replace the older version in my house. . Called them up. Very friendly and helpful on the phone. Thermostat was waiting for me to pickup at the shop. Friendly receptionist and great service. Highly recommended.

Our furnace quit in the middle of the night when the windchill was -45. They called us back in the middle of the night, walked us through how to troubleshoot as it was a busy night for them and the temp in our house was dropping quickly. We were able to find the problem with them walking us through it. He even called back that afternoon to check in and make sure it was still working. I appreciate the quick response, willingness to help, and the fact that they actually cared! We will be customers for life!
