The service was exceptional! My aunt was discharged from the hospital much sooner than expected and was in urgent need of the stairlifts. The owners were willing to accommodate our needs and installed the stairlifts during a weekend. It was a life-saver and we really appreciate the top-notched services and professionalism! :)

Planned on getting 3 quotes for a ramp to be installed in our front yard but after talking to Kathi and meeting Grant we knew this was our company. We really enjoying their friendly, professional and crystal clear communication style.Quality work, creative problem solving skills, timely and the bill matched the quote! Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Great service, knowledgeable staff, incredibly nice people combined with reasonable prices.I have a stair lift installed by another company four years ago which developed a serious problem. Called the company that installed it. They sent out a repairman who had absolutely no experience with the lift, suggested a fix that would cost thousands of dollars and charged a large fee for nothing. Tried another company and again someone came who had no experience. I was getting desperate. A friend searched for me and found 101 Mobility. The staff was so good from Kathy who answered the phone to Grant who came to look at the problem. He found the issue within a few minutes , ordered the parts and fixed it a few days later. What more can I say. I was also pleasantly surprised with the cost.

Grand McTaggart and his team were very friendly, easy to work with, and efficient. They are a quality service and proved to be so from the day Grant came to our come for an assessment, to keeping us informed re: the progress of the shipment to Canada, to installation. I could not have asked for a smoother process. We are very pleased with the end product. My Mom is now able to move to and fro from the main floor of her home to her bedroom upstairs without my help. I think we all like to keep our independence as we get on in the years, and this has helped.

Stairlift is of a quality build with a nice design.The power swivel and foot rest features was a very good idea.Safety sensors worked according to literature provided.Installation wason time and very efficient.Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable.Would highly recommend to others who are looking for similar product.
