I am writing this review because my colleague reviewed their business yesterday and they had the AUDACITY to say we were not their client. so here we go...BUYER BEWARE! We are a shelter for homeless people in the south-west end of Montreal, we made a very big mistake by purchasing a new commercial washer and dryer form this company in January 2021, we paid over 5000$ when we purchased the machines we have had nothing but problems. It started the day it was delivered, the delivery people who installed it, didn't install it properly and our basement was flooded. Since that time we have had to call this company numerous times to repair the washer, it breaks on average every 2 weeks.The last time they forced us to pay for the repair because they said it was our fault. We offer services to homeless population of Montreal. Since March 18th we have not had a working washer, no towels for our service users to dry themselves, which means no showers. Since Monday some lady tells me a technician is coming, when he doesn't she says he will call, HE HAS NEVER CALLED. I have asked to speak to the owner, no call from him either. We are now stuck with a broken machine that we bought less then 2 months ago. We will now have to file a complaint with Consumer protection. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do dont buy anything from this Store they go around and pick up Stuff that's left on the curb for the recycling and take it back to there store and some what fix it so it will run for a couple more months then your left right were you started go spend the extra 50$ and find a better store for a fridge from them held together with silicone and plp

I have to write that everyone I spoke to was helpful. We bought a second-hand fridge ($350) from AA but it never worked properly even after it was fixed (2 months after purchase). Now, we are a week after the 3 month warranty is over. The choice is A) pay AA Electro. to fix the fridge ($85 for first half-hour) B) Buy a new fridge from another company C) Do without a fridge.I should be more specific. The freezer always worked. The fridge temperature was never cold enough. Milk kept spoiling but we were never sure of the cause. We thought initially that we did not set the temperature dial properly. We thought of other reasons. However, it was only when the fridge started leaking internally, after eight weeks, that we called the technician from AA. A week after the fridge was fixed, everything seemed to work well. However, we noticed that milk kept spoiling for the past three weeks. Unfortunately for us, the three month warranty is now over. What is the next step ?

A very good experience and one of the best prices you can find in the market. The salesmen are so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store.

I had a great experience here. I was looking for a fridge and stove, the owner himself walked me around the place, he gave me a small discount for buying two appliances, and they delivered them two days later. There was a 90 days warranty. And in fact the bottom glass was missing from the fridge but he had it replaced and sent over a guy. Never had any problems after that. Service was great, appliances were reasonably priced and continue to work to this day.

Technicians were rude, unhelpful and not following covid-19 procedures. I had a washer delivered today that was supposed to be installed, instead they came in and left it in my hallway because the valves were not unscrewed, even though I was never told that they needed to be unscrewed before the delivery. The technicians were not wearing masks, standing less than 6 feet away from me. I work with AA regularly and now using them for my apartment I can see that the service is terrible. Avoid this company.

To avoid, not only they are not responsive, I was told eventually that they don't have anyone available at the time when I called because the first person who came did nothing. They were supposed to clean my mural A/C unit.... charged me and did nothing. I had to use another business and pay again to finally get the job done. Do not use their services, you will waste your money!

One of my washing machines was not working and called for a service. Had to prepay up front to book an appointment. I was told Wednesday that a technician would be there. After waiting all day for a call, I called them to verify if they're technician was coming. The woman just hung up the line and rejected the rest of my calls, never calling me back. Terrible customer service, can't believe companies get away with giving such terrible service.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!! IF I CAN PUT ZERO STARST I WOULD... I ordered a washer/dryer unit from them and it turned out to be defective. upon calling the place back they told me to deal with manufacturer for the warranty. Upon call the manufacture, they told me the machine was not new in box (as was sold me to by the owner) and that a piece needed to be changed. Of course the piece was back ordered and the cost would be over 750$$. Calling back the owner, he said it was not his responsibility and HUNG up on me. He no longer answers my calls and when i go to the place of business they refuse to serve me. I am now out over 2500$ for a machine I used for one load. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.just an FYI, upon checking company credentials online, it appears they keep changing names (changed names 4 times in the last 7 years).

Absolutely terrible experience. I was delivered a fridge that was unusable for my rental apartment because of all the dents in it. The one I had seen in their showroom was perfect. I have just seen his reply and he is NOT telling the truth. Who would pay $800 for a fridge full of dents. I'd attach photos here of what I received if I could. Please note, my representative" was the worker fixing the kitchen and when he asked about the missing rack for the freezer and the condition of the fridge. The delivery guys said they knew nothing as they were just delivering."
