Been dealing with them for 3 years, had the most satisfying experience with them. Dealt with Ibrahim today and he is so knowledgable and knows exactly what his job is. Feels like your taxes are being handled in right hands. Would highly recommend the place. Do visit any of the 3 locations that theh have, and would get othe best services by the three brothers.

I've been with Fortress for 8+ years with no issues but I'm highly disappointed this time.I filed and paid for my tax return which the company hasn't filed yet.I've followed up continuously to confirm what's wrong but they've continuously ignored and rejected my calls.Has got to be amongst the worst service experience I've had.

Had great help with my taxes here! I was worried about dealing with self-employed taxes but the accountant was more than patient and helpful going through the process. On top of that, when I received a later CRA request for additional information I was able to reach out to Fortress and they took care of it. Definitely returning here and would recommend!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I called them around 12:30 to make an appointment. They told me they have an opening at 3:30 for a phone appointment. I waited until 4:15 and I called them back saying they never called me the receptionist told me she will talk to the accountants and they will call me. It is now 5:13 almost two hours later and no call. This is extremely unprofessional! Would not recommend going to them.
