I've been to the store about 5 times in the last 6 months. I'm a homeowner and not a contractor/pro painter. The staff are always sincerely friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They make me feel very comfortable and welcome in the store! In addition, the quality of paint is very good. I buy Harmony line paint because I'm allergic to some paint. I have no allergic reaction to Harmony and there's little to no smell after painting an entire living room. I've also used Benjamin Moore's Natura paint, it smells more and I get puffy eyes from it. Anyway, if you're looking for paint, I highly recommend going to this store. To everyone working in the store, thank you very much for everything :)

Easy parking, great selection, and fantastic customer service! Miles is the man! So helpful and knowledgeable! Not only did he help me with exactly what I needed, at no point did he ever try to upsell me to something I didn't need. I will definitely be coming back here for anything paint related in the future!

Store representative just didn't want to help explain things to me. Asked why one type of paint was being recommended over another, and no desire to explain it to me. I guess it was a small order, so he didn't want to waste his valuable time on me. I will go somewhere else next time.

Average cost per gallon of interior wall $90-120 with my dad's accountCloverdale paint cost per pail of interior wall $156 with community friend accountService and product, both companies are good, but pricing, stick with Cloverdale paint, and ask for the Community friend account.

I see they have a lot of comments on their excellent customer service, but that was the opposite of my experiences here. I have been in the store twice and have yet to make a purchase, not because I didn't want to, but because both times, the staff were standing at the check out, chatting with someone and ignoring everyone else in the store. It was really frustrating because I knew the color I wanted and it should have been a really quick sale. After the second attempt, I went across the street to Dulux, where they were super friendly.

Excellent service. People were able to match the color of an exterior paint chip perfectly and did so efficiently. And it didn't hurt that I just happened to go to the store when there was a 40% off sale. Although I went to the Arbutus store on my bike, I noticed there is ample parking beside the store - an uncommon feature in much of Vancouver.

The staff and friendly and they know their stuff! I relied on their expertise and knowledge to help me attain my paint renovation goals! Plus their flat latex paint is great too - vibrant colour, fast drying (about 2 hours) and no strong paint smell.

My contractor told me to go to this place to pick up some paint. I went to the Arbutus location only to see that it was now Cloverdale Paint. For someone like myself, paint is paint but I decided to drive to Sherwin Williams new location on Broadway by Hemlock. I dealt with Russel Mcdonald who helped me with paint and gear. Very happy with the customer service and would recommend this place to anyone.

Just had one of the best customer service interactions of my whole life in this store. Russ was amazing. Super insightful, very helpful, very funny and very knowledgeable. Totally secured me as a customer for the long term. Highly recommend. :)
