Take 5 Oil Change

They were very honest about an issue in my car that needed repair and actually told me not to get my oil change because it would be a waste of money before doing the repair. Really appreciated the care they provided and will gladly come back again. Very personable and helpful.

Worst customer service. They are liars, please avoid this place. Please ask total amount including taxes before entering. The person told me information and price which was totally wrong. The basic oil change is 54.99 plus tax but they tell everyone that basic is 74.99 plus tax and synthetic is 94.99 plus tax. They will never inform you about basic oil prices and if you insist they will say it is out of stock. Liars and very rude. Please avoid this place.

I had an issue with my car and after dealing with the store manager he went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommended them and will be going back. Great customer service.

I was having a problem with my fan in my engine. Couldn’t figure it out and thought it was the filter. Went in, had an absolutely phenomenal conversation with Rahim. Buddy was knowledgeable and helped me figure out what was wrong. Gave me some solid recommendations and next steps. Been using this oil change for years and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ll be back 100%.

I went to get my tires changed recently because I procrastinated booking at my regular mechanic. It went fine until I came back and they told me 1 of my all seasons was damaged and impossible to put on. The manager told me it was caused by the previous mechanic and that's the condition the tire came in. I took the tire to my reputable mechanic. Shockingly the only way the wires can receive damage like that is from putting a tire ON. If you want to be lied to your face and you're looking for a place that has zero accountability this is it. All the showmanship they do here is a facade. They didn't charge me for the tire they couldn't put on but now I'm paying for a new tire + labour at a reputable, honest business that actual deserves the work.

When I was here they charged me 130 for an oil change which is crazy because I usually pay 60 at Mr lube. I would advise people to not go here to get an oil change not because of the over charging but for trying to fool me into changing things on my car that didn't need change in an effort to get more money. it is only because I normally fix my car my self that I realize what he is doing. If you are someone who has little knowledge about car maintenance and have gone here before odds are you have paid to change some things that didn't need changing. I don't expect anything to free. I do believe that if your honest and do great work that you should be properly compensated. However, preying on people who lack knowledge is truly a horrendous way to run a business. WARNING! DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

I called for a simple tire swap and was told to bring in my car at 6pm as it was walk in only (they don’t do appointment). I loaded the tires and as per the associates instructions, I arrived at 6:02pm. Upon my arrival, I was told I was 2 minutes late and they are not going to help me out. I have a newborn baby and this is very frustrating. I even spoke to the manager and was told that he cannot help me either. Absolute terrible customer service. Based on other bad reviews about this place, even if you call, you will be given wrong information. Hopefully my review can help others.

I went here for an oil change and, a guy named Steve really gave me great customer service. He changed a lot of stuff for me that I didn’t even know was bad! If i could give him a 100 star rating I most definitely would.
