Had such a lovely experience with Leila. The washing/treatment felt terrific. I changed my mind mid-cut about the style I wanted to go for and Leila was totally down to pivot. Very very happy with my new dew.

Jet Black is the best! I’ve had impeccable customer service with them from the get-go. When I first moved to Ottawa I was desperately trying to find a hair stylist I could trust and happily found Maddie. It’s now been 6 years later and I can’t imagine going anywhere else! This salon is top notch - friendly staff, great service, and they prioritize their employees well being. The hourly rates are a great way to know what you're going to pay ahead of time.I've been putting off getting a hair cut due to anxiety - but I had a great experience here with Maegan and would recommend her and the salon to anyone!

This was my very first time ever dying my hair! I’m 27 so you can imagine how nervous I was. I used to be blonde and over time my hair has darkened to brown. I had Brooke as my hair stylist. She was AMAZING. She listened to what I wanted, respected my concerns, and gave me a BEAUTIFUL hair makeover ! She was calming and kind and really good at her job. I had a balayage and couldn’t be happier, this is the hair I always wanted. It was soft and the colour was pretty natural. Thank you for Brooke and Jet Black for making my time enjoyable and the results FANTASTIC!

I've been going to Jet Black for years and I'm always incredibly impressed by the staff and skills of the stylists. It's professional, clean, and full of fun vibes. I like to change up my style with vibrant colours, silvers, reds, and every single time, they deliver amazing results. I've recommend them to all my friends and I wouldn't go anywhere else in the city!

I brought my sister Melanie here for a haircut on her birthday. Mel has Down syndrome, and I wanted to make the day extra special for her. Our stylist was so welcoming, kind, and gentle with Mel. I’m regular at the salon, and I’ve never been disappointed! Thank you for the wonderful service!
