Called the florist on Valentines Day to get flowers to my girlfriend. Extremely nice and helpful worker over the phone. She got what I needed right away and got them delivered without a hitch on short notice. Pricing was fair and the flowers looked great! Will be using them again!

I ordered my mom flowers for Mother’s Day and they were perfect! I didn’t have much of an idea of what to send and the staff asked me a few questions and came up with a beautiful arrangement!!

The lady working might have been the sweetest woman I’ve meet in a while! Very accommodating and Knew her stuff about flowers! If you need flowers anywhere close to Potsdam, you shouldn’t go anywhere else but here.

A series of errors left me desperate trying to get flowers for my brothers funeral in Potsdam. I called from South Carolina and spoke with Kelly who was wonderful. I called Village Florist not knowing anything about them since I’m from Clay NY. I googled florist near the funeral home I needed to send flowers to. I ordered an arrangement for the funeral service on Friday to be delivered on 2/22/20 the next day , customer service was great. I asked for a plant arrangement with some flowers. The arrangement delivered was absolutely beautiful with long stem yellow roses.

Such a great experience. I live in SC and have family in Norwood NY. So I typically send flowers a few times a year and have done so for the last 4 years. All I ever need to do is just call Village Florist and let them know the occasion and how much I want to spend. Every single time the flowers and service have far exceeded any of our expectations. I am very appreciative for Village Florist and the smile they bring to my family in northern NY.

Loved my beautiful Valentines Day arrangement!!!! Roses and flowers smell amazing . She even found a bird pick to put in the arrangement as I love birds ! You can tell it was made with love and perfection !!!! Thank you so much Village Florist !!! I will definitely be back :)

Kelly was fantastic and so helpful in trying to make a decision about an over the top arrangement for my Mom’s funeral, over the phone. She matched flowers to my Mom’s lavender urn with hummingbirds. She managed to get purple irises and pink tulips in December. She even offered to come the next day if there were services to freshen up irises. And the arrangement was spectacular. Thank you Kelly for everything.
