Marcus was able to fit our inspection in on very short notice. He was very kind on the phone and conducted the inspection thoroughly and professionally. It was wonderful how quickly we received our report after the inspection and Marcus was very patient with all of our questions as we went through it together. Marcus was prompt and thorough. We were dealing with tenants who at the last minute through us a curve ball however Marcus was flexible and worked around the issue. Very detailed report with convenient summary as well as additional report outlining estimated costs of repairs. I won't hesitate to recommend Marcus.

Marcus was absolutely exceptional with his inspection. In this crazy hot market our due diligence times are really short and Marcus took the appointment on a very short notice.Marcus was really thorough, explained everything in detail, he had such a great attitude, and made the entire experience such a a pleasant one. Marcus was highly recommended by my friends, but his service was over and beyond what we were expecting.The property inspection report was also really easy to read with details and pictures of all the deficiencies from the inspection.Highly recommended! We were even more impressed when we contacted him a year later, asking if he would come and check to see if a mould issue in the attic that he had identified, had been fixed correctly and that it had not resurfaced.
