Worst service ever! Went for a friends birthday dinner and from the moment we sat down, it was like she wanted us out. Trying to figure out the bill was a nightmare and the girl ended up throwing her hands up and insisting I pay for all 16 people and to figure it out myself. Food was good but I recommend takeout

Great neighbourhood sushi spot with decent prices. They have awesome 2-roll sushi deals for take out. I dined in and the classic maki and appetizers were great. Would not spring for any of the special rolls as they are overpriced and lack creativity. Putting sauce and a fish topping on california roll is not creative or tasty for 3x the price of a cali roll.

Food always tastes great but the service is absolutely terrible. Been eating here for years and the last 3 times I've dined in, the service (or should I say, lack of) has been pretty much non-existent. Don't know what has happened but i am going to start driving the extra miles and go to Akari Sushi on Scott Road at 72 Avenue. They are a little more expensive but the service was always great (as was the food).

This is definitely one of the most underrated Japanese restaurants out there. There service is impeccable and they have a very kind and polite staff. There food is amazing as well and the quality of there sushi is second to none and overall there menu is really good to choose from. You can’t really go wrong picking anything from there menu overall the restaurant as a whole is filled with delicious choices and great options to choose from. With that being said during writing this review, I tried to go there and they were currently under renovation. Can’t wait for them to reopen.. would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed lunch at Maguro. Lunch sets were very reasonably priced and content was nice as well. This isn't your 5 star fancy Japanese restaurant but does have variety in menu with decent pricing. Located conveniently in easy parking plaza too. Good service as well.

Authentic Japanese food!!I tired spicy bbq salmon rolls, they were delicious not as spicy tho.I also tired chicken teriyaki, portion was good size. Service was quick and efficient.If you are looking for delicious Japanese food I high recommend this place.

This place used to be a family favourite. We used to order the Isabella roll with mozzarella cheese on top but this def was just kraft cheese slices. Will not be coming back. Servers are okay.

Have been ordering from Maguro for years, for the fantastic price point on pickup specials alone it's worth it, good sushi and a wicked deal on the 2 roll special pickup. Have tried many of the Maki/regular/special rolls too, donburis, and tempura; all very good filling food each time. Never had an issue with my order via app or phone call for pickup, friendly staff :)
