Bath Designs by Ceramics Niagara renovated our house from top to bottom, and they did an amazing job, such quality workmanship! Sergio is the most professional, honest, and talented contractor I know. I would have him work on our house again in a heartbeat!

Sergio (and all of the guys he brought in) were absolutely fantastic. He completely redid a bathroom for us and was incredibly easy to work with. We are very impressed with the quality of work that was done, and would definitely hire Sergio again for other projects. He communicated very well with us, and was flexible and patient with us while we figured out details of the project. He was also tremendous and accommodating with our two small children, and they really enjoyed interacting with him each day.Sergio had been referred to me by someone I trusted, and we were very grateful for that. We would also highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent craftmanship.

Sergio is exactly what you hope for in a Contractor, but are hesitant to expect. I received a quick response to my initial inquiry re a bathroom renovation. He arrived on the date and time agreed upon to assess the job, followed through in a timely manner with a quote and, after we agreed to go forward, Sergio kept in touch until it was time to start the job. I saw an obvious solid work ethic as he arrived each day at the time he said, worked continuously throughout the day, cleaned up at the end of each day, and very importantly provided quality workmanship. Sergio brought along his crewman Dimitri to help do the demolition, rebuild and tiling – another excellent craftsman and reliable person. The trades people that Sergio subcontracted were also polite and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having any of them in my home whether I was in or out.I highly recommend Sergio Fierimonte, of Bath Designs by Ceramics Niagara, for any job – large or small - bathroom, kitchen, flooring, painting, they can do it all.

I received a referral for Sergio from a friend doing work on my house. Sergio was quick to respond and set up a date and time to come over for a quote. He was prompt and arrived with pen, paper, and measuring tape in hand. He explained the demolition and renovation very thoroughly. Sergio was careful to put runners where needed and always cleaned up at the end of the day and he was always there on time. We were very happy with the ensuite bathroom renovation and will be using Bath Designs for our main bathroom renovation in the near future. Highly recommend and have referred many friends and family since.

We had an amazing experience with Sergio and his staff, We were searching for awhile, and did a lot of research before hearing about Sergio, he immediately checked off all our boxes and more! He was prompt with getting back to us with phone calls and text messages, he showed up right on time, very happy with the quality and value of the work done for us, and very happy with how quickly the job was finished with the exact time frame he told us it would be finished in. They were very clean and tidy throughout the whole job. I wish I could put more stars because we were stuck in a rock and hard place finding the right professional, We had a VERY tight time frame before kitchen cabinets were going to be installed, and Sergio worked very hard to accommodate that impossible request, forever grateful for his hustle in fitting us in with his very busy schedule. We’ve booked him for two more future jobs and can’t wait to work alongside with him again, knowing how beautiful the end results will be.
