Had a great experience with Tina! according to the website my item was sold out but she went out of her way to check the warehouse and found the product I needed and managed to get it to me the next day. I cant recommend Highly enough!!!!!

My order was filled and shipped promptly. Arrived safely, and in good condition. The quality of the floats appears to be superior to others I have gotten elsewhere in the past. Finish is a lot smoother, including the holes for the rope to pass through. Will buy from here again.

We have used Marchants a couple of times now and have been impressed with the level of service we have had.We needed shirts for a summer camp and forgot to order them. The team at Marchants was quick to respond to the order, quick to suggest an alternative (to be within our super fast deadline), and the shirts arrived on time.Since then I have ordered a second time and the same level of service was provided.Shortly will be my third!

*update* owner called next day, apologized and offered an immediate solution. Feeling more positive then before!!Its been 7 months since they took our money and nothing. Pretty sure they scammed us, so no sports for this community centre. Absolute run around with my sales rep, maybe head office will care a little more.
