This was my second time going into this business. I was treated with respect and I like the guys that work their.

I would recommend this place.Appreciated the time Dale gave me to answer my questions.Repaired the Electro Magnetic Coupler on my Nissan Pathfinder.There was a price increase but at least got the job done and got a one year warranty.Thank-you to Downtown Automatic.

Honest, quality service. Our vehicle's transmission blew while we were on a cross-Canada trip on the highway outside of Regina. Our car was initially towed to some people who suggested our car was toast and offered to buy it for parts. We called around, and Jared suggested that it might be worth trying to fix up. Can't say enough about how much I respect their honesty and reliability. They fixed our transmission as quickly as they were able to and the car has been running without issue ever since. It is so difficult to get honest service and to know who to trust when it comes to vehicle repair shops. I would absolutely recommend Downtown automatic!

Great place to get your vehicle fixed

Dale is one of the greatest he and the Hazards will do everything they can to help out . Prices at low and the care is high!!!!! I will never use another mechanic shop again they have saved me a lot of stress and they comfort you when your in distress. And get you back on the road quick and without blowing your pockets. I highly recommend downtown auto, talk about extended family!!!

Had some quality work done there last year. Called Jarod today just for some advice, no work needed to be done, no money for the shop. Again got very professional advice. Nice that some shops will still take the time to talk to you on the phone, even when they can't bill for the time.

Had issues with my 4x4 making noises when truck is shifted into 4x4. They had truck for 5 days 3 business days and also over the weekend. When I picked up the truck they told me that it was fine, and charged me for the repair. I asked specifically how much to diagnose the issue and if I would be contacted for the repair price. I was not contacted for a repair estimate on the 5th day, the repair had been completed. Good thing that I had enough money for the repair. Took the truck and found it making worse noises that when I had originally dropped the truck off. Now I will have to take it somewhere else to do the same thing that I had originally requested to be done in the first place. Frustrating!!!!!UPDATE - The owner called me about my mishaps and has been working on my truck all week to help diagnose the odd issue that I have been having. I am really impressed that they have been working so hard to figure out the issue. I would recommend this place for really helping you get to the root of your problem.

Just stopped in to check on rates, they wound up providing me with a part I was looking for that I might have had to wait 3-6 weeks to get in the mail along with super personable customer service.
