Bring a small town it is the only grocery store here. You will get most every thing you will be looking for, but not fresh meat and no bakery and not a lot to cost from in fresh fruit

For a small town it is a good place to shop. Not being from Nfld. I was surprised to find quite a good selection of goods, but the best thing about it is the staff….very friendly, kind and willing to help. They will even order things that I requested if they can get it. It would be nice if they carried organic fruits and veggies, but they are hard to find anywhere in Nfld.
