Love the team at Opus! Very accommodating. I've had great service coming here, and I find that time flies by when I go for my appointments as the staff are all so friendly. Brief consults before my appointment are much appreciated as I know going forward what to expect when my hair gets done. Jess and Ludo are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Opus is one of those rare gems you find that you stay committed to forever.I actually started going to Opus back when it was in Vancouver.I ended up following them to Kelowna. The owners, Jess and Ludo are fantastic and experts in the field.As well as the team they have assembled there is unbelievable and talented. To find a place that is so welcoming, fun and professional is unheard of but Opus is living proof that it is possible:) For anything hair related, there’s no need to look elsewhere.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I’ve been excited to write this review. Best hair cut of my life. Ludo & Jess are excellent. I’ve had many hair stylists/cuts in my lifetime and hands down this has been the the best. My first day, Ludo sat with me and asked questions about my lifestyle, daily hair styles, previous cuts, I felt he took the time to understand me and what I needed (even though I didn’t really know!) I’ve gone back 3 times now and my hair gets better each time I visit. Ludo even fixed up a few things when I forgot to ask for layers, thinning etc. on the house. It was a top notch customer experience. I’ve sent my mum there as well, she comes out looking 10 years younger. There’s a specific attention to detail and passion that sets them apart from everyone else. Do yourself a favour and visit the team at Opus!

This is one of the best salon experiences I've had while living in Kelowna. Naomi was absolutely amazing. She cut my hair perfectly but also took extra time to talk me through what she was doing while styling my hair and what products she recommended and why.The salon is very bright and welcoming. Good vibes all around. 10/10 would recommend.

Ludo and Jess are formidable! It's been a long journey finding the right place to get my wife and I hair done. On top of that they are really friendly and helpful! Now I'm a recurring client as my wife!Nothing beats top notch french hair stylist!

I had such a wonderful experience for my first time at Opus Salon. Maeze was my hairstylist and was incredibly meticulous, detailed, diligent and did an amazing job on my hair, as it was in dire need of some serious TLC. She was also incredibly professional, kind, and great to have conversation with while I had my hair done. All the staff are amazing as well, they all support each other, are very kind and friendly, and professional at all levels. I will definitely be coming back to this salon for my future needs and highly recommend Opus Salon to anyone that wants a truly professional cut and colour!
