I've always gotten great service from here. The woman that wanted 1 hour cleaning is an idiot: obviously, they don't do 1-hour dry cleaning, so why would she post negatively just because the place doesn't offer 1 kind of service? It's like giving a bad review to a grocery store because it doesn't stock your favourite cookies.

Took hooded winter coat in for dry- cleaning. When I picked it up, the drawstring on the hood was replaced by a thin black plastic chain. I told cleaner the chain was not there before, he argued that it was and that I was mistaken as though I didn't know my own coat. He should have just admitted to what really happened. He must have lost or misplaced the original drawstring. I won't return thete.
