I Heat and Cool one of the dominant companies in its HVAC industries, as a Custom Home Builder I dealt with them so many times for so many years for different projects in residential and commercial work, every time they prove their professionalism since they have a professional team work, doing their job efficiently, effectively and they are committed.

I wanted to get the ducting done but when salsa quoted it I did not know that his lady friend would be making a positive review to help the guiding of work.My dog felt very ill after he found out what type of practices the tip top guy usesAnd he knows mitar the retar, my dog Rashnu threw up just now on the carpet because he found it out.Thanks

Not only are owners and contractors unhappy, the employees are not happy either.In the short period of time I worked for Sasha I was not once paid on time. He still actually owes me for my last week of pay but is unreachable.Bottom line is...... Stay away.A reputable company gets good reviews from doing a good job, making deadlines and being punctual.Sashas way of getting good reviews is having his girlfriend olesya give him 5 stars.Stay away..

All I can say is disaster disasterowner ... subs doing the work owner never on site....damaged hard wood floors in a bedroom installing ducts . They don't keep promises Stay aw ay !!!!! I will post pictures for everyone to see the the quality of work . Several occasions for them to resolve issues and no response or answers .All I can say is The public has a right to express an opinion about a product or service.

From Sasha (the owner) and down this is an excellent company run on integrity and pride of workmanship. I worked with Sasha on a project 10 years ago and just hired him again. Both times his pricing has been competitive. More importantly the attention to detail and patience in working with my contractor and designer makes this the only company I will use and especially for a custom job.

Unfortunately, I heat and cool is a nightmare to deal with. We hired them to run new ducts and install new furnace and AC. Running the ducts took 6 weeks instead of 5 business days as was originally quoted to me. This caused significant delays in the renovation project. This company does not have its own employees. They subcontract everything. We have m5 different subcontractors work on the project. The owner requested that we pay more than 50% upfront as per our contract telling us that he needs more money for the duct portion to buy the furnace and AC despite the furnace and AC being financed by an external lender. He then requested that we tell the lender that the AC and furnace were installed and working properly the moment the equipment was delivered onsite even though it wasn't installed (which is illegal to do). Do yourself a favor and avoid this contractor.

Terrible customer service and highly unreliable. We had to hire another company to finish the job because they were unable to complete the project on time. It is a simple matter for them to take people's money and not even bother to complete the project. I will not recommend these guys to anyone unless you want to waste your time and money

I know a contractor that used this company. They did not even come close to the deadline. The contractor had to hire another company to finish the work. The workmanship was very poor. Alot of I heat and cools work need to be removed and done properly.I do not recommend hiring I heat and cool for any work you need done

My wife and I took on a century home remodel and I can't be more thankful to have Sasha and the team be responsible for our HVAC. We did brand new venting, changed the location of our furnace and they installed a new furnace and AC. Excellent communication, we passed our inspections and they take pride in the work they do.
