I can't say enough about the wonderful customer experience I received today. Lee gave me what I feel was the best customer service of my entire life. It's too bad the company itself has some policies that don't seem to make much sense. However, Lee went above and beyond to help and to make things right. She's also pleasant, friendly, and has a wonderful sense of humour. Thank you Lee!!

The staff was quite helpful and friendly. I was very confused on which phone and plan to opt for but Harman was patient enough to run me through the whole process and give a detailed explanation on the features and plans as well. Once I had my mind made, he quickly did the whole process and even helped me set up the new phone.

From the minute we walked in the smile on all three employees made me feel at home. We had 2 situtation one that to do with bell and my wife cell phone. They guided us in the right track to get it fixed. The other guy had the magic touch with the phone. 2. My car problems wow Mr. Laval 5 kids guided us to candian tire- car was fixed in no time. Honestly you guys all helped us at the store and the neighbor cell guy thank you ro all. That day again the 3 people wen t above and beyond.

Great service and got a free case for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. They were out of the free Samsung cases so I got to pick one from the wall for free.Had a nice time chatting with Abhishek while my files transferred to my new phone. A great employee!

Few months back I went to purchase a new phone. Abhishek was the person who assisted me. He went extra-mile to help me understand and chose the best phone with best plan as per my requirements.He has shown the after purchase service too as few days back I was having doubts about my bill payment. He looked into the bill and help me understand charges and payment. He definitely have the proper knowledge about the bell products. Kudos :)

We visited the bell store today to upgrade my 81-year-old dad and mom’s cell phones. Blair was very patient with us and took his time explaining the phone options and the differences to my dad and the different pricing for the plans to me. We ended up getting my dad an apple, iPhone 14 pro max and we took my dad’s old phone and gave it to my mom versus getting her a new one as she barely uses it. But my dads IPhone 11 was bigger than her 6. Blair didn’t try to upsell us. He tried to do what we had asked, and what was the best value for us. I’d highly recommend him and the staff at the bell store.

Harman provided stellar customer service. He was knowledgeable, honest and did not try to up sell me. He found ways for me to save on my monthly plan. I usually renew my plan at a big box store because of the gift card incentives but he was able to offer me a better one. Will continue to renew my plan in store from now on.
