We visited this location to buy a custom rug for our room that was experiencing temperature issues. I’ll be honest, I thought a carpet store would be really boring with salespeople pushing us to buy the most expensive items, but I was wrong! From the moment we walked in, Frank, the store manager, worked with us to find the right carpet within our budget. We also worked with him to plan out a stair runner and he made great recommendations and provided excellent service. We were really impressed with this Alexanian location, and especially with Frank, who went out of his way to make sure that our carpet and shopping experience was enjoyable and reasonably priced. Our room temperature improved, so we’re happy with our purchase. We highly recommend visiting this store!

We recently got our new floors with the help of Frank. He was professional and courteous throughout the whole process and made it as stress free as possible. He provided an accurate estimate and there were no surprises along the way. When choosing a floor style he was able to help us select a solid quality and let us take many samples to compare, which really made a world of difference. We recently changed our old bedrooms carpets to hardwood floors. We bought the wood at the Alexanian Richmond Hill location. Their service was excellent and professional . Thank you Imtiyaz for your help and advise. Your customer service is impeccable! The quoted hardwood price was the most competitive compared to many other stores. They even helped us take back extra unopened boxes of wood to send back to the manufacturer. That saves us some money! We are very happy with our floors and they look amazing!

We recently re-did all of our floors with Alexanian. We couldn’t be happier !! They were wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Imtiyaz was extremely helpful in picking the material and measuring. He helped get a great price as well. He was wonderful at coordinating the install as well. We cannot speak highly enough of the instal crew, they went above and beyond. Finished the top super fast and no detail was spared. They did a fantastic job, they cleaned everything and took the cardboard with them when they were done.We look forward to working with them for our blinds because of the professionalism, expertise, and care for the client !Highly recommend Alexanian Richmond Hill !

Absolutely incredible experience working with Alexanian and Joe in particular! From the moment we stepped into the store looking to change our floors and carpet on the stairs, Joe we tout of his way to propose the best materials according to our budget! We placed the order and when it arrived, the workers he suggested who did the job were incredible!! They were fast. efficient and absolutely NOTHING to complain about - the floors and carpet look impeccable. When the carpet was installed I was working from home and they were so kind in keeping it as quiet as possible. Joe was so kind in checking in with us before, during and after installation and made sure to respond to our questions very fast! Would go back to Alexanian for all my needs! Frank and his team were absolutely excellent. My wife and I had our floors installed in our condo, and it’s absolutely stunning.
