If I could put zero I would!! Called me at 6 pm, unprofessional but ok. Then proceeded to give me a one hour sales pitch even though I stated I was not interested at all!! When the sales rep did acknowledge I said not interested, they would continue to tell me the “benefits” instead of just accepting my answer of no! They ended up signing me up for it (with MUCH hesitation from me) because the first month was free. Check my account later that week; my first free month magically became $28. Now I find out I have to request a form to cancel my insurance? I’m livid to say the least. STAY AWAY from these crooks!!!!

Worst insurance company within 20 days from my request they can't send the form to sign For termination... Please keep your distance from this insurance company... Very bad experience

Read carefully before you book a flight on Swoop, they will cancel the flight and Chub is not covered or refund. the swoop checkout page on baiting you buy the insurance is misleading and it will not refund after 10 days of issue even you plan to travel 10 month later.

Have had 3 auto claims in 36 months two cars written off.None of the accidents our fault.CHUBB was amazing to deal with start to finish

My daughter is waiting for a life insurance cheque and no one is emailing her or calling her back. It is for a small policy. Very poor service. Update she finally received the cheque with interest. Took 5 months.

If I can put negative -5 star I would . My advice is to stay away from this insurance company , they are ready and available and easy to contact when they want to take your money . I bought Travel insurance through their business partner Swoop airline . On Dec 23, 2022 the airline cancelled the trip due to weather conditions and they refund the ticket , I asked what about the refund for the insurance they said you have to contact Chubb directly . After few emails asking for the refund ( I am not asking here for a claim only refund since the trip did not happened and was cancelled by their business partner and not by me ) their customer service reply and say yes if the policy active for 10 days then yes we will refund , then I replied asking to start the procedure of the refund , after few follow up emails , they respond back after they stretch the time and told me that the 10 days active policy is pass therefore no refund.Since Dec 23,2022 till now January 06,2023 the day I am writing this review I sent more than 5 follow up emails , phone calls and no response from them . So do your self a favour and stay away from Chubb insurance .

Collect hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees, but then only cover cents on the dollar. Insurance has gotten so bad that it is now essentially useless.

Was hit about 2 months ago by someone with Chubb insurance on their vehicle. They admitted fault and opened a claim to cover the damages to my vehicle. I never spoke a single time to the adjuster assigned to the claim despite calling her and her supervisor several times A WEEK since the accident. Supposedly they are finally sending me a check in the mail but I had to go through random representatives at their general number and do all the follow-up myself or I never would’ve gotten anywhere. The most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a company.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE! They will not refund you even if the airline canceled your flight. The employees do not care and will direct you to an email to send your complaints. I would not even give this company a 1 star that's how bad it is. Save yourself the money!
