I recommend this location. The customer service was great. I went there to look for a necklace that I'd seen on their website and theydidn't have one. But one of staff showed me similar ones, which I really liked.

We had a very bad experience at the Tory Burch outlet store today when shopping with my wife. Here's the things we want to complain:1. The lady who claimed she is the manager refused to carry out the handbag that we want even it is in stock when we first asked. (She excused the bag is damaged)2. When we insisted to get the handbag out, we checked the bag and there's nothing wrong. Then the manager refused to sell to us when we said we want to buy it.3. Later, the manager changed her tone again and said we can buy the bag but only in full retail price" (it is supposed to be 50% off today for this specific bag when we called and asked before we came.)We were very upset for this kind of customer service with such rude attitude and were treated like a fool

My wife bought few handbags for relatives during CNY, and we ended up having to exchange a some of them on a busy Sunday. The staff were patient and helpful, especially on a busy weekend. They made our day much more manageable. Thank you.

Our sales, Jasmine was great and very helpful. But the cashier was a turn off. I bought two purses here as gifts for Mother’s Day, one of them didn’t come with the original packaging. Jasmine offered to provide cloth bags for both purses to keep both gifts consistent. However it was overridden by the cashier denied the cloth bags for proper presentation. I understand this is an outlet store, and expectations are lowered compared to retail stores. I appreciated Jasmine for providing the great service, but the poor handling of the cashier to override and rescind something the sales rep had originally wanted to offer made the whole experience not so great.

Handbags are 50% off, and the staffs are amicable.

First off, I'd like to give credit to the sales associates, I was in the store one day prior shopping for a gift and received amazing help from one of the associates (unfortunately I don't remember their name), but I left the store to do some comparable shopping at the outlet. I returned the next day based on the experience and also because I had set my mind on the purse I wished to buy. The 2nd associate that helped was also helpful and polite, when I asked her how much the purse was (as the tags are often hidden inside the purse), she was happy to help, found the tag, used a mobile scanner and then did some math on a calculator and said it was $380 (approx don't remember exact dollar figure). I said I'd like to purchase it, and was told the purse would be up at the cashier and she used their radio to pass on the info. to the cashier. When I got there and time to make payment I'm told the total was $500 (approx). I questioned the discrepancy and was told there was no explanation and miraculously no one could remember who the associate was that helped and provided the $380 value. The store has discounts ranging from 30 - 50% and was told the discount on this particular purse (Original retail $638) was 30% and that the price after tax would be $500. When I asked how it was possible for one associate to use their scanner and provide a price of $380 (which after some rough math ends up at 40%) and then be given a totally different price at the till, the general manager Megan YOUNG came out and told me that this Was not a negotiation
