I have less hair then i did in my thirties, Tony makes sure you look great with what you have. Less hair does not mean a quicker cut, he puts in the time and effort to make sure your hair is cut perfect for you. Because he does this, i get an extra week or two before my next cut.

Just got my haircut here and very glad I did! The final result was perfect, conversation with Tony was excellent and I love all of the nostalgic touches around the shop. The barber chair from the 1920s being my personal favourite. Highly recommend and I will be back!

What a great experience. I needed a haircut ahead of my birthday but my regular barber was booked for a month solid. I took a gamble on this place as they had an opening the same day, but now I may never return to my regular barber. Tony is extremely personable and makes your time in his chair fly by with friendly conversation, and he really takes his time to provide you the cut you asked for. He is very deliberate and carefully snips every out of place strand. Very nice to stumble upon an old school barber shop in the best sense of the word! Will definitely return.

I'm new to St. John's and was looking for an old-school, traditional barbershop. You know the type. A bunch of old guys who've been cutting hair for a hundred years, who always give you a quick, excellent, and reasonably priced cut. I found it here.Tony (not Tom) gave me a great haircut and we had a good chat too.I told him that he needed to do a good job, because I was having a job interview and needed to look spiffy. I got the job, so Tony gets 5-stars.I recommend Tony if you also want to nail your next job interview, with hair that will send subliminal hire vibes.
