Brights Gallery

Very nice art and nice gallery. $900 to $9000. Mostly Paintings of nature, but a few other works too. Looks great looking in through the window, and I was happy to visit inside with the family. I like the paintings where the paint was really thick and added a more 3D element

Lady at the front was super patient and kind. Very knowledgeable about the artwork, even had the patience with families coming in and out, kids totally disrespecting the artwork. Commend her for having so much patience, being so kind regardless of the people disrespecting her workplace. Love the artwork.. the lady at the front was super kind and helpful. Thank you!!!

Rude rude rude!!! I will never step foot in this gallery again. The few paintings I did see were gorgeous but unfortunately the employee/art consultant was so arrogant and rude I couldn't enjoy the others. I have never been spoken to or treated that way in my life! It makes me wonder if the owners know how she is treating their customers??

I go to a lot of galleries and always discuss the art with the people working there. I went a couple days ago and tried to make conversation with the lady working there but she was very short in her responses and I could tell she wanted me out of there. I went back today and took pictures, I quickly deleted them after being asked to, as I didn’t see the sign and I wanted to be respectful. The attendants at galleries are usually knowledgeable about the artist’s work and invite conversations about the art in hopes of getting the buyer interested in purchasing. She didn’t seem to want the couple coming in after me in the gallery either. I wonder how long these paintings sit in there after interested buyers are shooed away by this woman. All of the art on display was marvellous and I hope to own some Nemo pieces in the future. I recommend hiring someone with a genuine love for art that doesn’t dread talking to customers.

Gallery has been renovated. Space is fresh. Artwork features Canadian made pieces. All current artists (well-known and up and coming artists). Beautiful works, abstract and non-abstract. Staff care about the artists and welcome guests to the gallery. Highly recommend stopping here when you are in Blue Mountain Village.

The art that this gallery presented was absolutely beautiful. My partner and I were looking for a new piece for our house (possibly a Brian Porter piece), as we have a large wall in the basement that needs to be filled. Unfortunately, the sales associate was on her phone the entire time. She made loud comments to her manager on the phone about how there were “young people” in the gallery that were clearly “browsers” and “weren’t going to buy anything” because it was “out of our price range.”She made no effort to say hi or talk to us. She lost a sale because she assumed we can’t afford art due to our age. Bad way to do business, especially at a mid-range priced art gallery.

Beautiful gallery, excellent art and very friendly worker. Would definitely recommend!

We stopped by the Gallery on Jan 2, 2023 as we usually do when we visit the village. The lady behind the desk was indifferent that we entered and not one word was spoken to welcome us or while we were browsing.We ventured to the back of the gallery and I conversed with my son, maybe we should buy another sculpture (Cathy Mark) since we always buy something from here when we visit." I was literally looking at her at this point to which we got the cold shoulder and no response

Marvellous art work ….one of the finest I hv seen in Ontario .The one star is for the exceptionally rude representative @blue mountains . I would hv given 0 star if allowed .We went twice to this place ,both the times the arrogant lady was watching videos on her iMac loud giggling. My bad luck that second time I went in as my elderly dad needed to use the public washroom and the directions were not clear. I politely asked the lady after excusing that Sorry to disturb you it’s urgent ….She rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look and replied in a very rude tone pointing her finger “ directions ask the information desk“How pathetic ….literally 4 stores from this shop the restrooms are located .Sorry but I’m glad I never asked the price of the paintings I wonder how she treats the buyers…would never recommend to anyone.
