Our man, the man, the main man.. Rick. What a champion. The customer service we received at the hands of this man was above and beyond anything we had a right to expect. We had spent three days stuck in Ucluelet before finally getting our campervan towed here to Port Alberni. Rick treated us to coffees, donuts, air conditioning, cheeky winks, great tunes in the lounge area, local recommendations, free rides to local attractions while we waited, clear and fast relay of information, and ultimately a functioning automobile. Phenomenal stuff.

When buying a used Toyota from Pacific Chev, my wife and I found the experience very straight-forward. Instead of feeling manipulated, we had friendly and direct communications directly with those able to make the decisions. Having been in the market for a while, were able to appreciate this open and fair sales process.And when there was an unforeseen issue with the vehicle, the General Manager provided a coordinated plan of action to make it right, with no costs to us. While I normally don't enjoy the experience of buying a used vehicle, everyone at Pacific Chev made this experience easy and enjoyable.Thanks!

Terrible experience with the dealership here. The General Manager is so arrogant. Even though I am not a BC resident, still force me to pay the pst which is not what BC government requires. Seems like right now the market is still the seller's side and the GM doesn't need to care about the customer experience. Terrible store and terrible GM. Don't know how he can become the general manager. I am sorry the owner has this kind of general manager who maybe have nice attitude in front of the owner but not the customers.

Had an extremely good experience with Brodie and Sylvie at Pacific GM. Bought a Chevy Bolt which is currently quite hard to find. They went over and above to help facilitate the purchase with me here in Vancouver. They also helped me get to Port Alberni from the ferry terminal! Best of all there were no high pressure attempts to upsell or mandatory markups. Nothing but good things to say about them!

The whole experience of buying a new Trailblazer was great! From the initial phone call, to test drive, to trade-in & financing, to delivery. Brodie & Lynn made everything super easy and even went the extra mile with delivering the car, waiting while I got the insurance and following up afterwards to ensure everything was going well. I HIGHLY recommend them, and even my dad, who was there that day, said he would buy his next vehicle from them. The small town feel & no pressure atmosphere made for an amazing experience. Al and Sylvie were both very professional and awesome to deal with. Manager also seemed good in our brief interaction. Mind you this is a dealership and they are going to try to get the most money out of you possible. They want to sell the vehicles so don't let them add too many unnecessary packages to make your payments higher.

First off I want to say, my sales experience with Al was beyond exceptional. The only reason for a negative review is due to the fact that the service department failed to conduct a proper PDI, the PDI is an expensive add to every vehicle purchase. When I drove my truck home I noticed the tire pressure, wheel alignment, and drivers heated seat didn’t work on my BRAND NEW GMC. Took it to the tire shop only to find ALL of my lug nuts were loose, and tire pressure was 10PSI below specs. Then took to my local dealership to find out the wheel alignment was way off, the heated seat had a faulty module and they also noticed paint MISSING on my tailgate requiring a complete repaint of my tailgate. Very angry due to the fact my brand new truck was sent off the lot with huge safety issue of the wheel nuts, and needed of repairs right off the hop.

I had a complex repair and relied on Rick in service to help me out as I was from out of province. He was fair, honest and always either returned my calls or followed up when he said he would. I had an excellent experience with this dealership - great small town honest service.

I can't say anything about the rest of the dealership other than the General Manager and sales department. If ordering a vehicle get them to show proof of Delivery Dates etc. They will blame GM when things dont work out.
