I’ve ordered four chairs online more than 6 months ago and i still HAVENT received them! No one can tell me when or where my order is. I have paid over 600$ and no one can give me an answer. I have called the store in Gatineau and emailed and i am being told to be patient!

Zipper got damaged on my $2000 yanta couch. Asked about getting replacement parts at my expense. Was told that was impossible and I would have to buy an entire new couch.. the zipper part that's damaged is removeable by one bolt.. They can't even special order it. My next couch will be purchased elsewhere.

A section of our sofa leather is already all streaked white, but the rest of the sofa looks normal. Structube refused to apply is warranty policy, stating it is normal after using the sofa for a long period. We bought this sofa only 7 months ago!!! Be aware!

Although they have nice products at good prices, I don't recommend shopping at Structube online. Their return process is long and complicated, and they are charging me $70 to return a dining table for which we found the online photos/color description did not match the actual product... Or I can drop it off in store but it wont fit in my car. Plus I requested the return four days ago and it's still being processed. Many other stores have free and easy returns. I won't be shopping online at Structube anymore.

I know they are great , my friends have them. But, my wife ordered a set in July. We paid in the full amount as they requested. Their back in stock" dates keep changing

On June 12th I bought a dining table and the estimate time to have in stock was 2 weeks. On June 22th I called them and them told me that it would be arriving in stock THE OTHER day, and would it would be delivered the following week. On July 7th I called them asking for the dining table, and they told me that PROBABLY it would arrive in stock by the end of July, but they have no guarantee. They DIDN'T call me or sent email about any delay. Such a lack of respect. I just moved and I am almost ONE MONTH with no dining table, and I still have NO ESTIMATE to have one. Very poor service. I want my money back.

Less than a year, bought a dining table and 6 chairs. Few chairs are not stable anymore and cushion is running bad too.Dining table is wooden (Russell) and with light to moderate use it has started to crack.When we tried to claim warranty, we were told it's not a defect and it could be due to weather. C'mon do we have - 30 degree inside the house???Spent around $1500 and no warranty claim.Thanks, Structube! Not coming again and will let our friends and family know too.Never had any issues with Leon's or Brick or Ikea!Guys stay away from them.

I have recently ordered online a dining table that was over a thousand dollars. When the table was delivered to me, it was missing a wood piece as well as all of the hardware to assemble the table. I have reached out to there online customer service number (which responds very efficiently) and after sending what seemed liked a million pictures and replies back and forth, its been close to two weeks and I have still not received the missing parts. This is very unacceptable and very frustrating. I am not a happy customer at this point and will think more than twice before planing another online order.

Ordered a sofa, and says it will be available after 2weeks, but it’s been a 5weeks already and still no update. Been calling the store, and the saleslady was so rude. They did nothing to follow up the ordered items nor gave updates that items will be delivered late and still no stocks. Won’t recommend to buy items again from them. Not worth for your frustrations of waiting. Plus rude customer service.

So far have been very happy with the furniture we got to furnish our new built house. We were able to achieve a great look at lesser cost than expected. Quality exceeded expectations. There have been a bit of delays, but no huge hassle like we had from other competitors (both during the pandemic). Even though there was a mistake on one of our orders (delivered box A twice instead of A and B), we were able to get a replacement within around 2 weeks.We are very satisfied with the whole Reno line we purchased and our Warren sofa after 8 months we can confidently say is a lot better built than a sofa bought for a couple hundreds more around 4 years ago from Brick which is basically built from cardboard and has fallen appart very quickly from the beginning.
