Never had a problem coming here . People they're are there to help u the best way they can. Usually not busy when I go get my oil change

I went to get my oil changed today. Now I've seen people line up around the corner so I was assuming they must be offering good service. And its even better than I imagined the guys at Jiffy Lube were all very friendly professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and put up with a few,of my jokes. You have to recognize and acknowledge great service. These guys were pros they knew their stuff They told exaclty what I needed. Advised my of something things I didn't know and didn't try and upsell me or pressure me. Thanks again guys. Great job.John D.

The best, friendliest, knowledgeable service I have received in years and years. The service was worthy of 10 stars. Told me and showed me the oil, air cleaner, wipers (which were deal), inside car air cleaner. Best experience and service of any of my “to do” list items.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with an oil change! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and quick. I will continue to come back for sure!

I called yesterday to enquire about a headlight restoration, when asked how long the service would take I was advised about an hour and told them I’d be coming approx 11-1130am, at the agreed upon time I dropped the car and went around the block to a coffee shop and returned 45mins later to find the car was no where near completion. So I went for another long walk. After about 2hrs, I let the technician know that I needed to hit the road and it was taking too long, he said it was his first time and that it shouldn’t be more than another 15-20mins or so and wanted to collect payment, I advised that I’d prefer paying upon final inspection.I paid the bill but was sort of disappointed that #1, didn’t receive a discount due to the service of 2.5hrs by an inexperienced technician, or #2, a complimentary oil change for next time.

My daughter just bought a car and it needed an oil change. All the guys were wonderful. They didn't do anything without explaining it to my daughter first. Filters needed to be changed and they showed her the old one before replacing it. We had to wait a little because they didn't have one of the filters in stock and they repeatedly apologized for the delay. They were professional and courteous. I was impressed, especially in this day and age of get in and get out.

Chris, one of the techs at this location went above and beyond to ensure our Mercedes van was serviced properly. Jiffy Lube has my business from now on.

The customer service at the Jiffy Lube on Tecumseh Rd in Windsor was by far the best experience I have ever had! All 3 of the individuals who were helping me were so informative and honest! They were quick as well! I will absolutely be back.
