Drimal Builders helped to design and build my dream restaurant.They have done all city permit drawings to match with my budget. After I got the permit I have awarded the contract to Drimal builders due to they gave me a competitive price.Even-though they have started the project during the pandemic they well maintained the project quality within a proper time line.Even my Resturant located out of Winnipeg they have remotely managed all sub trades to finish my project with high quality without any stress or trouble for me.They always provide few options to save money during the construction.I strongly recommend DRIMAL BUILDERS for designing and as well for construction too.

They are very reasonably priced and amazing with their communication. We will be working with them for a long time as more and more house projects come up for us. Fairly is great to work with. So happy we found them!

Exceeded expectations! Drimal Builders is very professional, prompt and affordable. They helped us design a summer residence on a very tight timeline. They were always available and very quick with revisions or advice. Would recommend!

They try their very best to make plans that are budget friendly without compromising quality. Had them draw deck plans and apply for permit at a reasonable price. They clarified any questions I had and gave options if need be. They're also very accommodating as I had to contact them a couple of weekends and a long weekend. I didn't want to and felt terrible about it but they made time to help me.UPDATE: Somehow I messed up. My pool was bigger than I remembered. Contacted the RM, etc...advised to ask architect, yada, yada, yada...it is now almost 11pm and Drimal Builders is still working with me to rectify my issue...MY ISSUE meaning it was MY error...NOT THEIRS, small as it may be. I have a list of everything this company has done for me.Anyone needing drawings MUST use this company!!! 5 stars times a million. The guy is no joke!!!

Had Drimal draw a structural plan for exterior door/entrance to the basement of our home. Plan was perfectly drawn. The engineer was very supportive from start to finish of the work, answered all our questions and made necessary alterations where required.

Fairly took up our Church renovation project at 479 Talbot Avenue, which was almost dead because we didn't know what to do and he gave it real pure life and strength. From architectural, electrical and mechanical designs, to applying for the building permit, framing, hydro and water application and connection, rough-in installation of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. Perfect job, almost 0% faults in work inspection by the City inspectors . Give Fairly your project and you can afford some sweet sleep knowing he will surely get it done and perfectly. The construction work is still in progress at the finishing stages under his supervision including construction of an accessible ramp which he designed.I highly recommend Drimal Builders., and Fairly for a Construction Contractor.

Drimal Builders helped expand our church (gurdwara). The work was really well done and finished quickly. He was also very helpful in regards to any questions I had.
