Scott has been absolutely amazing to work with! We were looking for rental property in Saskatoon (investing from outside the province) and Scott helped us through every step of our journey. From taking the time to truly understand our needs, setting us up with a daily email with the new properties that were entering the market in accordance with our criteria, doing video walk throughs of potential properties and pointing pros and cons, recommending areas of town to look in or stay away from as well as referring us to trusted lawyers, property inspectors, house insurance and many more. The house we ended up purchasing needed appliances for the downstairs unit and Scott took the time to find and refer us to a store that sold, delivered and installed refurbished appliances that saved us quite a bit. Scott also took and edited progressional pictures of the units for us completely out of charge and even did a showing for potential tenants. His timely communication, deep knowledge of the market, reliability, professionalism and honesty has made this process that could have been very cumbersome a breeze for us. Scott helped me a ton figuring out what sorts of questions to ask and what to look for when I was buying my first house.He also really helped out with some renovations that needed to get done, and had a ton of contacts when I needed to have a new hot water heater and furnace installed.Would highly recommend to anyone but especially to any first time home buyer.
