Went to Georgetown tire and auto for a double puncture repair in same tire,staff informed me the tire was damaged beyond repair due to location of screws in the tire,tried two other locations in Georgetown for second opinions,both tire shops informed me tire could be easily repaired. Two weeks later tire is still inflated after being repaired. $60 repair instead of $250+ cost of new tire.

Very rude people. They share an entrance with a place next door and I was planning on entering both buildings so I parked where there was ample parking spots in front of this location as there was no parking anywhere else. I was told to leave right away very rudely no questions asked. I had just moved to the area with people and now they have lost any future business from us.

Great to deal with. Front desk service advisor (Lady) was pleasant, Jack was a great help, and took me out of a bind with a Dead BMW Battery. Still was kind enough to help me out on the price. Will definitely do business again. Highly Recomend.

Lady was rude, she made me wait for over an hour and walked past be a couple of times before saying “oh your still here” I was baffled at her response. I was there to do an emission test. After watching her deal with other white customers I noticed she was a lot more friendly, accommodating and polite. I still hung around before she told me again, our guy that’s supposed to help out is not coming back for a while.....this was after an hour !!!!!!! I left and went to a neighbouring place who was doing emission tests where I got in immediately and they were so much more professional

I have been their recently to change the tire of my car and i was expecting a very good service but in realty the staff is very rude they don’t behave in a courteous way to the customer and they are increasing the price every seconds my experience was very bad i will never ever recommend this place to anyone..

My first experience there and i have to say it was great service. They fit me in with a walk in issue when they were swamped. Honest about a leak and only replaced a clasp. Friendly mechanic explained it all and I walked out a customer willing to go back.
