Dollarama

I like that this place has two floors. It allows for more space to move around in. It could have used a good sweeping when I was in there today but that was about 5 o’clock in the afternoon. Many self check out stations as well as the cashier.

What kind of Dollarama with 2 floors doesn't sell regular tissue boxes??? I asked 3 different employees and they all have different answers for aisles, all of which didn't have them. What a huge waste of time

The largest Dollarama branch in Downtown. In the store 2 floors with options of escalators and an elevator. The store is accessible to wheelchairs and strollers, there is an automatic door opening button at the entrance. Cheap products of decent quality. The products in the store change according to the seasons and holidays. I had a pleasant shopping experience here.

The first time I went I had a great time, the security guard was very helpful and had a good idea of the layout and where to find the items I was looking for but the place lacked Dollorama employees. The second time I went the upper level was not accessible to strollers or mobility aids and it is where all the toys are. There was a sign n the elevator that indicated the elevator was for employee use only. I was frustrated as a mom with a stroller but felt really bad for people who use wheelchairs and mobility aids as they have no other way to get up there. I also could not find an employee besides the security personnel and the self check out went crazy when I tried to purchase a bag, saying I needed employee authorization to buy a simple recyclable bag, I waited a good 10 minutes but saw no employee so I ended up going to another check out that was working and didn't end up getting a bag, just threw everything in my stroller basket. Since the toy section was inaccessible I went to miniso to get a plushy for my daughter and put everything in the bag from there. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I did not see a single employee.

THE SELECTION IS WILD! they have everything, great location!!!!!!! I'm sure it gets busy but I went on Victoria Day under an hour from closing so it was pretty quiet.

Good place for cheap shopping. Quality according to price in most products. You find articles of beauty, gardening, birthdays, decoration etc...

The environment is a bit dirty.

Negligent management. This is a warning to disabled people. Management claims that the elevator is broken, and there is no warning about it at the escalator going up to the second floor. When I was there a few weeks ago I had to get myself and my rollator down the very large staircase after taking the escalator up not knowing that the elevator was broken".I spoke to a staff member and asked that a sign be put up at the escalator. After he apologized and went back to what he was doing

One of the better Dollaramas in their group of store. Security has a tough job here & always lots of tourists. They do need someone to tidy up the shelves on a regular basis so don't be surprised if you find empty drink bottle in stationary or mascara in kitchen hoods. You may have to look but good you, garden, seasonal, food & candy selections.

Lovely and cheap only place I know of that you get the f basic essentials for an apartment for around $30 but still cares about shoplifters , like it costs less for you to just ignore that crack head go.Anyways its great. Cheap and flimsy stuff but it's not a luxury store. Go there or when you go home I'll be under your bed.God I Love Dollarama
