James was amazing! We had our window smashed and we needed it replaced as soon as possible. James was able to help us as fast as he could and he made the process easy! The window is great quality and the installation was done quick and it looks great! Would highly recommend!

First day he was supposed to show up, I took time off work and he did not show up, nor did he inform me until I texted him. So, then a few days later, he came to look at the issue and was going to come back. Same thing, he did not show up on the day of the appointment and did not inform me until I texted him. I took time off work and waited all day. That is not good.Seems like he knows what he is doing but" after the first visit
