They're very convenient in terms of location and I don't really mind ringing a bell and waiting to pay, but almost everything is very overpriced. Would recommend you go to shoppers or any other drugstore instead.

Long waits at the pharmacy, scattered staff. Asking the Dr to change my prescription dose because they don’t carry the correct pill dose rather than offer to let me go elsewhere. Male at the pharmacy counter says he keeps getting distracted. Struggling to process my benefits when I have a physical card and electronic proof.

Horrible customer service. Do not use the pharmacy! Cannot handle a simple prescription. Staff appears overwhelmed and confused…run!

All Rexall’s are firing employees that choose not to get vaccinated? This is disturbing. I was a frequent shopper at this location but I will no longer be supporting this business or any other Rexall for that matter. Does equality mean nothing to this chain? Truly disgusted. Do better Rexall, do better.

Not very many employees and when your ready to scan you’re items you have to ring a bell and you have to wait it’s really annoying because sometimes you have to wait a really long time. Do you self a favour and choose another location. The employees are nice though.

I live in LaSalle. I came across Rexall, went inside and the service was excellent. The employees were kind and helpful. The proces were very good and they do an excellent job adhering to COVID-19 Protocols.

Loved it there today! Clean store with stocked shelves and best of all...I didn't have to check myself out. As a matter of fact, there were no self check outs and I was even asked how I was doing! I will definitely be back.
