We hired a general contractor who engaged Platinum Granite to measure and install our quartz kitchen counter and backsplash. Platinum installed the counter, correctly accommodating for other kitchen renovations that had not been completed yet. They provided a backsplash cut from a single piece of quartz which lent a really nice finish to the job.Some specification changes meant that we needed to consider cutting the quartz back. However, our GC went out of business in early 2023 leaving us with half a kitchen. I contacted Platinum directly and learned that the GC had never paid Platinum even though we had paid the GC to cover these costs. Despite all this, Moe at Platinum was very helpful in coming up with a solution for us, which included a member of his team visiting us to see how best to handle what we needed.Platinum’s willingness to help us out despite what the GC had done speaks to their professionalism. I will recommend them to others and won’t hesitate to work with them again.

I would Recommend 100% without a doubt I've been dealing with platinum for over 20 Houses and they came and did my mothers place as well. Their customer service is impeccable their installers are really good. Always had good experience with Moe, Carol and the installers. Platinum granite was an amazing experience for our new quartz countertops, from start to finish. Moe showed an excellent attention to detail and great customer service.
