Don’t recommend for letter of invitation. I told them that letter of invitation made by them was not accepted by agent and medical examination authority instead of helping me. They told me to type by myself. So one made by them was waste. Waste of money and time. I agree this notary have great reviews and reasonable prices but point of giving this review is about customer service. One of your notary staff should have communicated well and try to solve the problem. She told me you need to type by yourself then what’s the point of going there.

Top notary in the lower mainland ! I have done a few purchases of homes through Shoaib, everything is always efficient and easy. He always provides the best advice as well. There are a lot of notaries near me as I live in vancouver but i alwasy come to surrey because of the services he provides. I would recommend to all !
