I've talked with several brokers via WeChat and threw the same questions to them as test. And I found Ruby was always the first one (sometimes the only one) who remembered my problem and got back to me with answers/solutions in time (mostly within 24 hours). That's why I could trust her professionalism without even meeting her once. Eventually she helped me get the amount I want from a B lender with a good rate (lower than I expected). Highly recommend!
