The person who helped me was very friendly, thorough, and helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure we did everything I'd asked for.I didn't have an appointment (stopped in to make one) but they were still able to help me, and I didn't even wait long.Thanks for making this such an easy and positive experience!

Nicole and the BCAA team are friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive to my insurance needs. Also saved $1k/year by getting optional auto coverage thru BCAA rather than ICBC.

Good place and good parking. Been there quite a few times buying traveler's insurance. Always been in and out in 15 minutes, which I think is totally reasonable. Good service too. Can't speak to their members programs.

Feeling very fortunate that Ivan happened to be outside this morning assisting another BCAA member, when he very graciously accepted my request to help me too. He switched out my flat with my spare wheel. The flat happened when I got home last night. I was about to call BCAA, but it turned out I didn't have to wait at all! Now my day off from work isn't going to be so bad! Thank you Ivan, you are awesome!

ref # 20567What a joke BCAA is. ScamI want my money back. Jillian needs more training.left me stranded for hours in the baking sun.BCAA needs to use quality tow trucks like Mike Gucci towing every time. Instead they use discount tow companies that send the wrong tow truck or provide excuses why.I explained I had an electric car, but they still didn't listen.BCAA has forgotten how to serve customers. Get back to the basics and send my money back to me please
