My 3 month old daughter is sick couldn't even sew the doctor in same day clinic and it's only half hour pass their open time. I'm very upset, they should do something about it. And fast

Got an evening booked walk in (july 27), clinic Doc was great! However, my word the evening receptionist was unprofessional and rude. Wasnt willing to book me an appointment with my family doctor (which the clinic doc asked me to do), tried to tell me she can't book it because his schedule changes all the time"

Have to take my mother in law to emerge because walk-in was booked. Can’t make day ahead appointments. Almost impossible to see a doctor without going to emerge.

I am very upset right now. I have been waiting months to get in on a referral for my ear. Reception phoned just now - very nice gal... not her fault... but the Dr won't be in. So... I have to wait, close to 6 more weeks, to get rescheduled. Why? If the Dr. is away, shouldn't cancellations get priority for rebooking? A few appointments can't be kept free" for situations like this? Office management needs to take a hard look at this. Especially for those coming in from out of town."

Got into a fender bender and totally missed my appointment. I called the receptionist to let them know. She turned out to be a volunteer fire fighter and first responder. She talked to me, calmed me down, rescheduled my appointment for later in the day and even talked to the doctor for me.Thanks so much, angels among us

The worst clinic by far in my 6yrs in Canada. The receptionists are so cold and not a bit helpful. Why does it take 45 days to get an appointment with a family doctor? Might as well not have one.

It's neat,clean, lots of space where you can sit and wait to be called in for your appointment. Reception they are kind friendly and very helpful. I have no complaints about the clinic it's top notch in my opinion.
