I have no complaints about the staff or service but if this mission is supposed to serve me there needs to be more parking accommodation for the people you service. The street parking can only fit about 5-6 cars and since half my visit time is spent in transportation and finding parking, this should be given more importance. Added to this, there is no crosswalk on a busy street for the many pensioners who go to process their Life Certificates. It is a inconvenience that we must bear for every visit.

Showed up yesterday to apply for our T&T passports. The staff who helped us with this process were polite, pleasant, professional, helpful, effective, efficient, timely, and resourceful! Mark, Ravi, Sharon were amazing! True Trinidadian service served with class and courtesy! Keep up the good work friends! I'm sure your team leader is proud of you! I reached out on messenger regarding obtaining back my Trinidad and Tobago Passport. All questions was answered within a day or earlier by Tracy who was very helpful, courteous and professional. An appointment was booked and the service was excellent. I now have my Passport which was mailed within five weeks.

My representative was courteous, helpful and very accommodating. She answered all my questions clearly and advised me in the best possible manner. She is truly a gem with excellent customer service skills. A keeper for sure

I called for info about certification of drivers permit and Tracy was excellent, kind and well knowledgeable we got all the info we needed and she promptly emailed all the info as well, I called back for more info got a voice message I left a message and I was promptly called back. Now that is service in my book.Thank u Tracy

I have to share my experience at this embassy.The acting Consul General herself, Mrs Tracey Ramsubagh-Mannette herself responded to the many messages and emails I sent looking for information on my situation. She even returned my call on a Saturday. I found her to be very professional, knowledgeable,efficient, polite and patient for the many questions I had. I also dealt with Ms Sharon De Souza in the immigration department, and the receptionist. (Sorry I did not get her name).Wonderful experience overall. Thank you.
