Heidi is an angel! So accommodating and our pups love her. Our big dog was a handful when he came to us, we use a pronged collar and it was important to us that we have someone who could help us keep him in line while also keeping safe handling practice. Our little one is 12 years old and has had neck spasms in the past and needs to be handled carefully as well. We can say truthfully that we have never had any worries about our pups in Heidi's care. She's always so patient and accommodating with my neurotic over-protective dog-mom requests! Heidi has been walking for us sporadically for the past 6 mths or so. We recently had our first overnight and the pups did great! Heidi always updates us as she leaves and gives a full business" report or how much they ate. It's a great comfort when we're at work and especially having to be gone overnight. Her pricing was so much more reasonable compared to the kennel and the dogs were much happier and at ease being in their own home. You can't go wrong choosing Heidi

Heidi and her team have been amazing. They've been my long term dog walker for both my dog now and my last dog, who was a senior. My neighbour would always tell me that he overheard her speaking to my elderly dog as they went out on their walks, or headed to the yard to play (when he no longer wanted to go for walks). She would meet him where he was at, play with him or just cuddle in the grass, keep him comfortable, very attentive to what energy level he had for being out each day. She was so incredibly sweet with him. My current dog, younger and very active, always comes home calm and content after her time with Heidi or one of her crew. I LOVE the texts I get from them about the walks. Heidi is amazing with scheduling and availability. I have nothing but good things to say about Heidi and her team. Doggo and I are so thankful for them.

Not only did she drain his energy, but she also helped train us with calming behaviour before heading out the door and on walks. We were clients of Heidi's Happy Hounds from 2016 to 2020. Heidi, or one of her employees, came in daily during the work week to feed and walk our two beagles. They took excellent care of our dogs who were always very happy to see them whenever they came. They always provided excellent, reliable service and we highly recommend them.

Heidi is THE best, hands down. She made our transition of leaving our pup home during the day while we work so comfortable and easy, and we can't thank her enough for that. Heidi's professionalism and love for animals is obvious when you meet her, and even more evident in her work. Her updates after every visit never fail to make us smile, and she is so wonderful with the dog. A huge bonus is that she incoporates our training into her visits, so we get lots of practice with good behaviours in! She's also full of excellent advice, and as first time dog owners, it's been absolutely invaluable to have someone we can ask for tips and tricks. Our pup is absolutely in love with Heidi, and we are so lucky to have her!
