Great selection of beer. Good food. Staff could be a less arrogant. I could recommend, but there are alternatives here in Sherbrooke.

A really good place to be.I met a mate there for a few drinks and the staff were friendly and attentive and they didn’t mind a couple of British blokes speaking English which is always nice to find.Great cycling decor if that is your thing.

We had Linguini au poulet and Poutine Flanc de porc and they were really tasty . The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The pizza was below average. My husband and I were disappointed. We were looking forward to eating here after a year. He ordered the salmon pizza and I ordered the prosciutto and arugula. Ingredients were fresh but the dough was cold and it felt like it was stale. We still enjoyed our beer, but wouldn't get food again.

My favourite brewery to come to when I visit Sherbrooke. I've been to two locations; this one (Siboire Jacques-Cartier) and Siboire Depot, and I prefer this one. The atmosphere is nice, and the beers are excellent. Food is slightly expensive for the quantity and taste, but it was fairly good and I appreciated the variety of vegetarian options available.The most recent time we visited, it was a little strange because they brought the food before serving us the beer we ordered, though in the end we received the beer a few moments later. It must have just been a busy time with the lunch crowd.Overall it was a great experience and we will return next time we visit Sherbrooke!
