I ordered a 10” Oreo blizzard cake for my daughter’s birthday on Friday June, 16th which be ready next day Saturday June, 17th and paid $51.99. Next day I picked up the cake and at the party when I cut the cake to pieces I noticed more than 2/3 of the cake is just vanilla ice cream and just a little oreo blizzard on top part, so went back to the store and told them that I am not happy with it they call the owner and got the pictures sent to the owner, over the phone owner said he will review the pictures and will get back to me never did. I went back after couple of days to find out the results they took my number again and told me manager will call me back never did call.Every year I get DQ ice cream for my daughter’s birthday from Capilano mall in North Vancouver and never had issue with it but this year because the party was at John Lawson park in West Vancouver I thought same brand same quality but made a huge mistake and not happy with the whole respond from the staff and the owner. I would suggest to all customers: please be more careful about this DQ location and their staff.

Decided to treat myself to some chicken strips and a basket of fries" through skip the dishes. Was pretty expensive to add the extra fries and this is what arrived. This isn't even a regular order of fries let alone enough to be considered a basket. I complained to skip and they gave me $2.32 back! What a total rip off!Don't waste your money!"

I went and ordered a non-dairy dilly bar. They took my payment, went into the back and told me they didn't have a non-dairy dilly bar. I asked for a refund since I wasn't able to get anything. They asked if I wanted anything else and I said I didn't have time. They said they also had a non-dairy fudge bar, so I said sure. They mistakenly tried to charge me full price for the non-dairy fudge bar until I corrected them that I'd already paid for 90% of it. They were very confused, then the person who went back to get me my non-dairy fudge bar came back and handed me two bars and said you're good to go" so I took them and left to get to where I was headed. My friend and I came to the store for blizzards and were greeted by Navdeep with a friendly smile. We enjoyed our delicious treats and will definitely be back again before too long.

Terrible service. Stood in a line up for 20 minutes to pick up an ordered birthday cake. At one point the cashier allowed someone from the back of the line pay for her order. To top it off the name was missing from the cake. Will never go to this Dairy Queen again.

The customer service of this store is just amazing. I felt overwhelmed by visiting there. The staff was friendly and treated nicely. I got served without waiting too long. Overall, my food was fresh and served nicely. All in all, front staff is very polite and humble as well. I would advice to visit here once.

Quick and easy visit to good old DQ. Ordered a seasonal blizzard treat. Pumpkin pie blizzard. It was alrIght - not too sweet. Would have preferred more authentic whip cream on top and more authentic pumpkin pie in the blizzard.

The workers are very rude and the two indian guy workers were staring at me and my family the whole time we were there. They hacked into my bank account afterwards because I went up to them complaining about why they were staring at us and they hacked into my account and spent over 400 dollars. It is ridiculous, just because I was complaining about why they were staring at my family, just because they made us feel uncomfortable.
