My bf called Karen on Saturday at 11:15am and made an order for pick up on Sunday at 11:30am. He forgot to add an extra dish so we called her at 2:30pm. This is how it went:Karen: Hi are you on your way to pick up your order?BF: No I wanted to edit my order.Karen: You said you would be here in half an hour.BF: No I called for tomorrow at 11:30am.Karen: Okay I will cancel your order, goodbye!She hung up on us and didn’t even attempt to clarify things. We don’t understand why she would assume we would pick up on the same day we made the order when they say to make an order 1 day prior. Also, Karen didn’t ask for our name or phone number to confirm what our order was.Short story, we ended up ordering from Mandarin instead and spoke to Dennis who was amazing. I will never order from her again #boycottKaren

I love this place all the food is so good it’s one of my favourite places to go it’s not super well known it’s like a secret treasure here! And every time I come here the lady at the front is so nice!

We ordered via Uber Eats and it was such a wonderfully surprising find! Note: Uber prices are about 20-30% higher than in-store prices ($12 versus $9-$10).The food was very delicious, portions are generous and even though we have no comments about the customer service (so many complaints here about the cashier?), I must say that our order was packed beautifully and with many smilie stickers. The order was also delivered with a pack of condiments and lollipop.The giant shrimp and minced pork was delicious. So was the garlic honey pork ribs. Our favourite though was the fried fish filet with tofu. Looking forward to ordering here again with a good Uber coupon, otherwise it’s far too costly versus the in-person prices. Unless it’s an upcharge in order to avoid the checkout Karen LOL

Amazing food!! Never disappoints, ordered from here a few times now for corporate events and everyone was very pleased with the food. I pick up the food and do the ordering and I am very pleased with the customer service! She is very friendly and polite. Very satisfied

While the seating arrangements were tight, the atmosphere was cozy and intimate, making it a great place to catch up with friends or have a romantic date night.Now, let's talk about the food. Good God the food was simply outstanding. I was blown away by the quality and flavor of every dish that I tried. I have been getting take out from this place since I was a kid (20 years ago), their food quality and taste is always top notch. Their price is very reasonable given how inflation has been taking a toll especially in the past few years. Small business like this is a foundation for our great community.

Been eating here for a couple years now, and the service in this place has gone downhill. The lady at the front used to be nice and friendly, but recently she has been aggressive and hostile towards her customers. Today we were just looking at the menu and she rushed us - kept saying what do you want .. what ... what ... what?" When we said we were still taking a look at the menu

The owner is very rude and arrogant. She has no sense of customer service at all. She rushes people while ordering. If you pause to think of what else to order, she tells you to step out of the line until you’re ready. I have stopped buying from her for many years, as every visit seems to turn into a negative, stressful experience. I came back recently upon the request of my son, who likes their pork chop with Thousand Island dressing. Again, it was a negative experience. She short-changed me by $10 in the past and refused to give me my $10 “until I can review the camera tonight”, so I pointed out this time that I gave her $100. She angrily replied, “I know, I know, I’ve been here for 18 years!”. Not all of the food is great, so I don’t know why such a disrespectful person is still in business.

Customer Service was really bad, the lady taking orders was so rude…. I heard her talking to the guy in-front of me telling him that next he will come make sure to know what to order, because they’re people waiting and she’s busy. When I was the only one waiting behind the guy.And then when I’m trying to order she was telling me to keep going ….. I’m almost say is that how you treat your customer? She’s even yelling to the people working in the back….. she is really rude….. thanks I will not go back and will not recommend Lemon Grass to anyone. You have to change lady….. you have to treat people with respect especially your customer….
