I was there on July 6th and the price or limit were not displayed on some items. When I took the item to the cashier, she said there is a limit on that item. When I told her that it was not displayed, she said I am supposed to look flyer. No apology at all. As per her the fault is mine. Left the store very unhappy. Very poor customer service

Went for the first time and it was PHENOMENAL. I haven't seen prices that cheap since before the pandemic! Staff were very helpful and the store wasn't overwhelming like a lot of major grocery stores are!

Addition:Picked up combination muffin pack which was marked for 50% off, so far so good. Upon close observation noticed that expiry date was June 30, 2022. Today is July 29th.Pointed it out to cashier who tried to change with different kind that was expiring too. Asked her to substitute with same variety pack.She refused stating that would be regular price. Pointed out that selling one month old stale dated product is their fault and I left.Previous: I picked up sour cream on Friday that has expiry date of January 31st.Opened it today and it had mold.I sent it back to the store but they refused to exchange it without the receipt.I had not kept the receipt because I hadn't expected FRESCO to be selling molded item.

Bf went to shop (admitted it's his fault for last-minute shopping), he didn't know if the person by the glass door was telling him to go away or asking him to use the right side door. The staff told him they're closing, he checked his watch right away, and there's still 12 minutes before 10. They were trying to hurry him up. Staff said under her breath, NO OVERTIME

Customer service is not the greatest. It's also not the very worst. That said, there are some decent employees and couple cute ladies with bit of attitudes, but not bad enough to keep anyone from shopping there. The chicken breast expensive and the quality was not very good; the meat cutter or butcher needs to be better. Lots of bruises, discoloration, specks of blood and how it is cut and left is NOT high quality.

Nice grocery store but price bit high as compared to other grocery stores but they are fully stocked and neat and clean

Bright, clean, fully stocked grocery store in Heritage Village Shopping Center. FreshCo recently opened here, and I’m impressed. Great location and prices make this grocery store an easy choice for us. Store has an amazing produce section as well as Halal. No bakery or deli counter but many prepackaged meats, cheeses and baked goods are offered. Aisles are well organized with ample floor space for carts to come and go. The staff and store were following the proper COVID -19 protocols. Hand sanitizer at the front door and carts and baskets sanitized after every use. Self-checkout meant no waiting which is a big plus. It’s worth checking the flyers in the front entrance for the amazing deals so you don’t miss out. Incredibly, they back their three guarantees; in stock or rain check and 10% off; lowest price or price match, and double fresh satisfaction or they replace your item and refund your money. Great experience shopping at FreshCo today!

Today I visited this store looking for a item. The shelf was empty however sufficient stock of the item was lying at the top stocking area. I requested one of the cashier standing at closed counter who called concerned person on Address system. I waited for three to four minutes but nobody attended me. Ultimately I had to abandon the purchase of the item.

I don’t know why this little discount grocery store is rated so poorly? My experiences shopping here have been consistently positive. Staff are friendly and competent, prices are often the best in the city and the store is never crowded. The overall selection is limited when compared to the Big 3 but all the basics are here plus a few surprises.Give it a try. Save a few bucks and avoid the crowds.
