Horrible store. Yesterday after walking into the store with a box of pocky sticks, and walking out with them, I was stopped by a worker accusing me of stealing them when she had seen me walk in with them. She then banned me from coming back.

I am a frequenter of this place and know someone who works here and honestly they could improve on cleanliness but overall good. Also, It is connected to a Tim Hortons so there are multiple options.

Been here twice and both times I have had an awful experience. One of the worst customer service I have ever gotten, both times being the same man. Will definitely be going to the 711 across the street from this one.

Racist against indigenous people. I was banned for looking like another indigenous girl. Very loudly they proclaimed I needed to leave and I was banned and when asked why they said I knew why. They proceeded to show me a grainy picture of the side profile of another indigenous girl and the only thing in common was glasses, long dark hair, and brown skin. Our height and builds completely different. I told them it wasn’t me multiple times but the two workers decided it was me. They then refused to give me a refund for the things I bought already. This took place on September 26th, 2022 at 6:20pm

Terrible experience. Very rude employees as i asked for the refund in my card humbly and the employee got rude and yelled at me saying “you should decide before buying” and ask me to get out of the store and made weird faces while scanning the items. Really unpleasant and unwelcoming experience at the store. Wont recommend anybody to go there.

The lady working Saturday at 4pm August 27 2022, rude . She refused to take an American quarter as change, we take Americian change in CANADA ! She argues , made me uncomfortable. Very unpleasant .

The lady named Tejinder at 7eleven is very rude and mannerless!Very bad experience and won’t recommend people to visit here
