I recommend Simply Counselling to anyone that is struggling and do not know how to start when seeking help. I found them when I most needed and the support my family and I got was amazing. The team is highly prepared and ready to welcome you in a very safe environment. Of course I did not always hear what I wanted but I can assure you that everything I learned/heard from them was what I needed when I needed. I was lost and they helped me find myself and my purpose again. I can’t find enough words to express how thankful I’m to have worked with you all at simply counselling to help me find joy in life again. Finding a good counsellor is not an easy task and I’m happy that I have found the very best in class!

Honestly we were kicked out of Kristen's office as soon as our time was up. I feeling really overwhelmed and stressed and she did not care or try to make another appt to talk another day. I also felt really picked on. And that the only way to fix my relationship was a one way street and I had to do it all. That's how I felt when I left. That was very unprofessional and unkind. Sorry but I would not reccomend her.

Deciding to make an appointment here was the best thing I could have done for myself. I was really struggling to cope with stress and finding a work/ life balance. Jenna is amazing and has helped reshape the way I think about myself and how I handle life day to day. The perspective I've gained from my sessions with her has made me much more positive, and confident in myself. I'd really encourage anyone with struggles of any kind to share them with Jenna, she'll help show you how to get on track and encourage you every step of the way.

Jenna Fortinski is a wonderful counsellor/psychologist! She worked with my wife and I to create strength and stability in our relationship. Our marriage has never been stronger. Jenna provided expertise to listen to our needs, concerns, experiences and provide guidance and direction for building a foundation of trust. She assisted us to work through issues in a safe and supportive environment. Having both a north and south location was great. I strongly recommend Jenna to anyone who needs help and guidance in their lives or relationships! We were able to direct bill to our benefits program as well- which made payments easy.
