Dr.Z.Tadrous one of the best doctor I ever met. Very pleasent and helpful. Very honest and gave me enough quality time.All the team more than excellent starting from reception. Great customer service and human support.I had minor eye surgery but I was very happy with treatment and effort of Dr Zak Tadrous office.

I am so very pleased with Dr. Tadrous and his wonderful staff. You're greeted warmly by his receptionists when you walk into his clinic and also by the rest of the staff you meet along the way. Dr. Tadrous was very easy to talk to and sat and explained everything.

This doctor has no interest in his patients after the surgery. I have been in pain for 2 weeks because my eye is so painful. I have tried to get in to see him but he doesn’t care. It feels like the lens has slipped down to the lower left into the socket. I did relay that to his receptionist. He said that’s impossible. Which is a lie. The other surgeons on their site says it’s rare. But des happen. It can cause serious other complications. He told me he doesn’t want to see me just keep using the third bottle of drops that l bought after the first three bottles of eye drops. And told me to go back to the optometrist. If this is the kind of irresponsible doctor your want to entrust with your eyes. GOOD LUCK. I hope to get help before l get any serious eye complications.

Dr Tadraus assured me over and over I would be able to read without glasses after my cataract surgery. After surgery I am no longer able to read without glasses. I was able to read without glasses before the surgery. Very disappointed. I would never recommend Dr Tadraus to anyone.

Dr. Tadrous came in and opened his office on a Saturday, specifically to see me. Now that is what I call great service. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and clear in what he explained to me was going on in my eyes.
