It was a fun experience being able to rent a four wheeled bike that held 4 adults and two kids. Really fun yet hard work pedaling.

First ebike experience. My wife and I had biked the island a couple of times in the past, which is mostly easy going, save for a few steep hills and occasional unfriendly winds. Still hadn't been able to go the whole route without walking up a couple of those hills. However, with the ebikes supplied here, (exceptional quality, way better than the average bike you can buy), it made a huge difference and we could concentrate on the scenery and have no fear of the hills or the winds. Great owner, who took the time to have us try a couple of bikes out. Liked it so much on the Saturday that we went back on the Sunday to do the same thing, but the other direction. This island is magnificent, with amazing views, smells (especially the wild roses on the north side) and plenty of spots to stop and smell them. Highly recommended.

The owner is very nice and knowledgeable. The bikes are well maintained and of good quality, adapted to the circular road with a few short steep climbs. There is a vast parking and a good variety of bikes. We took a fairly fast paced tour of the island, but with quite a few stops, plus a long pause to listen to Florence K singing in an unexpected (for us) show at Le Havre de la Musique" and it took us 2.5h. So calculate your price before choosing your bike."

Tons of fun, we ordered an 8 person quadricycle (6 peddlers, two riders in the front basket).My 8 year old couldn't reach the pedals, but would sometimes stand and pedal, particularly on the hills. We went the entire way around the island including a few stops for ice cream, bathrooms, water, etc. in about 2.5 hours. It was a bunch of work, but the whole family enjoyed it. We did find that it was easier to have a couple people get out and push on the really big hills.We went clockwise around the island, and I think that was a good direction. The trip ended with a long downhill, which everyone really enjoyed, and that would be a long uphill if we had gone the other way, I'm not sure if we would have made it if we had to start with that hill.

The only place I’m Charlevoix to rent bikes. They have all kinds of bikes at a reasonable price. I took the basic bicycle and it was In good condition. It’s 24km to bike the whole island so 1h15 with no stops. It took me 1h30 with a few picture stops. There are some hills to go up so if you can’t manage, probably better to take a hybrid bicycle. There is a bike path along the whole island so it’s an ideal place to cycle. Also stunning views all around. Open from 9am-5pm. They provide good helmets also for all the users.

the quadruple bikes need some improvement, I think they're are due. They need a speed traction switch. Multiple speed switch. The staff are incredibly nice but im afraid once you try the Multiple bike you'll not going to try again. Very hard to handle, especially the speed and the effort to put the bike in motion.

We rented a bicycle for 8! Friendly staff, many options. Had a nice ride for one hour.
